We decided sometime ago that we must get a top class butcher to go with our excellent meat. It was not that we had bad butchery - but we knew we could do better. We are delighted that Wayne joined us some time ago. He is dedicated to a very high repeatable quality.

We have heard horror stories of bits of broken bone in the meat, bone dust in the last bag of mince and other un-mentionables. Wayne prides himself in doing the job right - every time.

He also cuts off more of the fat, removes as much gristle as he can so that the quality goes up. He has also introduced us to some specialty cuts for special occasions - ring and chat to Wayne for what you might like

Wayne has gained his experience from several reputable establishments around Devon. His short term goal is to take-on an assistant with the same high standards and sense of humour. (We are not sure of the sense of humour bit ☺ )
