Wild Venison - Fallow deer culled from local herds. Fallow deer is regarded as being the gourmets' choice of venison with a tenderness and finesse not often found in farmed deer.

Deer need to be culled as they have risen in such numbers that they are causing real problems in parts of the South West

Wild Game - Pheasant and partridge shot over our own estates and farm land.

Under our game licence we can source venison on a regular basis. The animals are culled to our needs from excess deer on Dartmoor. We can supply mixed boxes, special cuts and mixed venison and say beef in a box if you want.
